We DO have a no refund and no exchange policy and it's GUARANTEED and APPROVED on every single order that all sales are final. Until our company grows large enough, we are able to provide a 100% no-exceptions policy stipulating no refunds, cancelations, merchandise credits or exchanges.
If you are buying any of our apparel products for yourself, please make extra sure to take proper measurements and ensure that you are ordering the correct size item as there are no exchanges or returns for sizing issues.
If you are buying any of our apparel products as a gift and you are not sure of the right size to buy, we suggest that you consider purchasing a Livin' Aloha Gift Card so that your giftee can choose their own preferred products and appropriate sizes.
Inspect all details: Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing them. Some clothing items that we sell are hand-made and might include imperfections that appear as defects. These are just features of the manufacturing process and should not be considered as defects.
Colors: Some garments might lose colors upon washing or dry cleaning. Following the care instructions attached to the garment may help to avoid loss of color or prevent seepage of color onto other parts of garment or other garments. Care for the garment is the responsibility of the customer and the quality of the fabric or color of the garment is not warranted by us.
Sizes: Sizes displayed on garments are only for reference and may not be considered standard. It is the responsibility of the customer to take necessary measurements of themselves and order the appropriate size. No exchanges or returns are allowed for size differences.
Why no refunds or exchanges?
We are a small, scrappy, family-run business, and the truth is that at this point we do not yet have the manpower required to accept exchanges or returns, and we don't have the margins to accomodate them yet either.

We practice lean production, reducing waste, and practice just-in-time manufacturing, which means that many Livin’ Aloha products are hand made only after you purchase it. This helps us lower our carbon emissions on waste and overproduction, but it also means that the product that you order is made for you and nobody else, which means it's very important that you take precise measurements in determining the appropriate size of any product based on your own unique measurements.
